Returns

93 Selections offers freshly produced specialty coffee. Because coffee is a perishable consumable, returns are not possible.

However, if something goes wrong with your order, we are here to help.

Non-returnable products

  • Coffee and all consumable items

  • Limited editions or seasonal selections

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

When to contact us

1. Product arrived damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging

We will provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

2. Wrong item received

If you received an incorrect product, notify us within 7 days and we will correct the mistake right away.

Important Information

  • We cannot process refunds or replacements without clear photographic evidence of the issue.

  • Return shipments sent without written approval from our customer service will not be accepted.
